The easiest way is to create a complex profile wall.
This can include that mid-rail as well.
Then you have only one wall to worry about - make placing doors and windows easy if the are in both sections of wall.
Change the Floor Plan Cutting Plane height to get the cut through the portion of wall you want to see in plan.
Remember each view can have its own FPCP height so you may need to reset this in each of your saved views in View Map.

If you have already modelled it as separate walls I believe you can select them and then go to DESIGN menu > Complex Profiles >Merge Walls
It will create a complex profile for you.

Otherwise if you want to model with separate walls I would place the one you don't want to see in plan in a layer that is hidden in plan view but can be shown in elevations and 3D.
Set up layer combinations and save them with your plan/elevation views.

Thank You, it works!

I did so:
Plan view: select walls - edit - reshape - merge walls
Now is next problem:
Corner borads (made thin walls) Not match just going twist.

I use a Complex Profile with the Column Tool for these elements. When using Walls next to Walls, adjacent reference lines can be a problem.

Thank You!
Column Tool is a better solution than the thin wall!
