section and 3D model appears unwanted holes of wall connections.
Other problem is that trimmed part of wall is appears in plan as wall.
Can some help me solve this problems?

One solution to this problem it to put the required (upper) wall on a different layer from the lower walls, and give that layer a different Intersection Group Number.

Thank you David,
different Intersection Group Number, that helps.
But trimmed wall is still visible on plan.
Now I cut wall with the relevant place and set visible on home level.

Not sure what you need to accomplish (a plan screen shot would help), and the small part of your project shown seems to be multi-level. If you do not want the wall shown on the plan, then place it on a layer that is hidden for plan views. If you want to show just a portion of the wall in plan, then you need a workaround as ArchiCAD cannot do that automatically.
