Wall under stairs

I was wondering if there was a way to make a wall under a staircase that is cut at an angle that follows the stairs instead of being a full height wall that ruins the open view that I had in mind.

You want to look at Solid Element Operations (SEO) with the wall as the target and the stair as the operator.
Then subtract with downward extrusion.
