What happened to Story 0-Ground Floor?

Just learning form AC20 videos. AC 21 uses 1 and -1 stories but no 0.

The videos depend on the localization - as with the language and spelling.

Whether the ground floor is story 1 or story 0 depends on the local release according to the custom in the relevant country. For example, the USA version has no story 0, as we consider the ground floor the 1st floor. In most European countries, the ground floor is story 0 - their story 1 is what we would call the 2nd floor.

Are there training videos specifically for US market? I got these from Graphisoft web page for AC 20. I was also noticing several differences in material naming, dialog box structure, which makes it a little confusing to learn AC 21 English from AC 20 Metric videos.
