Why Beams are not considered for deductions from Zone automatically?

Any idea why only the beams are isolated from the "Affects to Zone" logic? If walls, columns. slab, shell, roof can define the zone for its periphery then why the beams are not considered? I am facing a big issue while extracting the correct "internal plaster area" quantities of any room where my beams are either running on the periphery of the room or inside the room area.

As far as I know, out of these element types you mentioned, only Walls and Columns have a "Relation to Zones" field.
