Why does imported object displays strange checkered texture?

Need help what happen to my object... when i downloaded - it becomes checkered finished....

The textures are not loaded, check the surfaces used by the library elements and add the necessary textures.

Select the object and change the texture in its settings. Where did you get the object from?

It is not about the object but only about the texture assigned to the surface that is used by the library element. You should open Settings Dialog of elements and check what surface used and than add texture for this surface.
As option you can just select another surface for this library elements.

i took it from BIM component... when i downloaded - drag to the files... it shows like this. my arch 22 is okay... except this arch 25
