License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Wish or tip for clean vector hatch ?

hello all,

Please find attached a pdf file method, which describes how to do clean continuous vector hatch pattern on Archicad ( wrapping ). It is the equivalent of a photoshop s command filter, ( which we don't remember the name !), which allows you to perform continuous pattern. If this can help many users we would be happy

It would be wonderful to find this kind of utility in future release. Now between what we wish and what we really find in it,

Handy little tip for those who need to create their own tesselated Symbol Fills.

The crux of the solution is to make suitable alignments in step 5, which will be invariably tricky depending on the amount of lines are available to connect, and their position.

And I guess that apart from removing the construction lines, you don't even really need step 6?

Still, a good tip and one that I'm sure will be copied into the Tips & Tricks section.

Cheers,

Yes, great tip, thank you. Is Massa the same person as Eric ( I am what we call a lurking member of fc-cadlink) ?
