I created a zone with a certain backround color 1 HNF 1 Residential and Recreation. The stamp on the zone has a white backround. When I place the stamp it obscures any objects underneath it. I hope my question is clear.
Try Display order in the tools pull down, if that doesn't give you want look in your display options in the options pull down. look under the zone polygons option under the options for display & output.
