Select the view in the View Map, then click on the "Settings..." button at the bottom of the palette. In the View Settings dialog box, in the 2D Only settings, check the setting for Zooming.

In the Imaging and Calculation area of your Work Environment, check that the 'Keep zoomed detail on Rebuild from Model' is checked.
