cant rotate skylight?

ahh, now i can move them in both 3d and plan, but still when i go to rotate i specify 90 degrees but it just stays the same

This may be something peculiar to the skylight you are using. It may be written to orient itself to the roof slope. I have created some "skylights" to use as fixtures in suspended ceilings and had no trouble rotating them at all.
