complex profiles

Not applicable
I just noticed the "Water moving" material (thought it was kinda cool) and my first thought was "Swimming pool" (I know there are pools in the library but bear with me ) So just for fun I started messing around with Complex profiles. I created a fill with that material on the inside. I saved the profile and went to plan. I used the circle geometry method to create a pool shell. What I found is that the shell is two separate arcs. The separation between the two arcs shows in 3d and renderings. Again I'm just trying new things so I'll probably never use it in this way but I was wondering if there was a way to make these two arcs one piece.

Thanks
Doug

Doug,

Yes, I am referring to the trial period which covers the first thirty days from an initial download and after which AC reverts to the demo mode that we know and love.

I was just trying to express, in response to Peter, that this IS different from AC 10 which did not allow save copy or team work functions at any point and which was next to useless for getting to know the program as so much depends on these functions.

In your case, without a dongle, it does you no good. Sorry to confuse the issue.

One difference between the newer (10 & 11) and older (9 and earlier) ArchiCAD versions in demo mode is you can print in demo mode with the newer versions. This was done as you could always print from PlotMaker without a dongle, so you can likewise print from the PlotMakerless ArchiCAD without a dongle.
