control box plallete missing

I turned off control box pallete. Went back and turned it on again but it can't be found. It says it is checked and should be showing. Any help would be appreciated.

Increase your screen resolution and see if the Palette is hiding out of reach of your current screen resolution.

Sure enough it was hiding off screen. Thanks for the tip I knew it was probably something simple, yet my simple brain couldn't solve it!
