how can I copy my first floor to the 2nd floor? at the same overlapping ?

Select First Floor ( CTRL+A for all Elements)
CTRL+C
Move to the second floor
CTRL+V - select option "Original Location"
--
If on Mac sustitute CTRL for Command.
