disappearing screen palattes

I am using two monitors. When I opened a current project today both the toolbar and info box had disappeared despite the Window menu showing that they were turned on. I tried turning them off then back on but nothing. Any thoughts. TIA

No worries - Archivista helped me sort it out. Definitely an issue when jumping back and forth between large screens and laptops. I have learned to construct and environment for each machine and that does the trick.
