door opening viewing ???

Hi,

what do I do when the door is showing as closed on the model and but in the info box is open ?

is this a wall setting or a door setting ?

Hi, that would be if their floor plan display is set to "projected"

If you would like to keep the projected view, but have the door opened, you can change their 3D opening angle in the door settings dialog:
