drawing block of land dimentions and angles

Hi all just wanting to draw out the lines for a block of land to be built on so that I can design a home that fits the block acordingly.

I have attatched the information that is provided to me in order to draw the block using lines. I know how to enter the dimentions but how do I do the angles. I press a and obviously its in a different format because the angles are not even close to representing the block.

I have done this before but long ago I ended up having to change the format of angles somewhere but cant find where. help would be much appreciated.

It is block 49 in the picture

Just draw the boundary lines at the right length north then rotate them the angle shown which is degrees from north (making sure your units are set to deg min sec). Then join everything up and you are done.
