Rip,
Click on the 'align coordinates to item' (or whatever the 'real' name is!) button and then click on your first wall / line. When you draw the next line, starting from your endpoint you can enter the polar coordinate by typing "a15r100" or whatever.
Don't forget to click back to 'world ucs' (:o ) once you've finished.

Seems a simple "15? delta from line 1" but I cannot find a solution.
A. Click on the origin of line 1 as your starting point for line 2.
B. Move your pointer to snap to the end of line 1 - you will notice that the angle field in the coordinates box is displaying the angle of line 1.
C. Without moving your pointer away, type the letter 'a' on your keyboard. This will highlight the angle field in the coordinates box.
D. Type in the offset angle for line 2, followed by the keypress '+' or '-' (plus or minus, depending on whether you want the offset to be added or subtracted).
E. The new offset angle will now be displayed in the coordinate box. It is probably best to lock it by typing <option-a> (for Mac) or <alt-a> (for Win). You can then extend line 2 to whatever length you wish.
