Ghost Story were changed to Trace and Reference in AC11 if I remember correctly.
It was a major overhaul therefore I recommend reading about it on the Manual.

Start by opening the Palette called Trace and Reference.
One of the new features us that you can have ghost stories were you need them in sections, elevations, layouts etc.
