hatch not shown in elevation

I've tried to get elevations to show the hatch assigned to materials but its not working.

The material has been assigned a hatch in options/ materials.

The elevation tool has the vectorial 3d hatching box checked.

What else could it be ?

Have you tried setting the Fill Uncut Surfaces With to the Own Material Colours (Shaded) option rather than Uniform Pencolour.

Your surfaces are not beyond the "Marked Distant Area" boundary are they? There is a separate setting to show fills beyond this marked distant area.

Tried both of your suggestions but nothing. I've turned on marked distance and tried shaded and non-shaded option on the pen...nothing !

I can't understand it. I've had it working before (not with this model).

Have you inadvertantly turned off the "Vectorial Hatching" in the "On Screen Display Options"?
This will affect how the hatching appears on screen but not the printed output.
