how i can create custom elevation curtain wall ?

Hello every one i want to know how i can create this curtian wall like this one by drawing or by easy method
please guide me and thanks

-Start with a simple curtain wall
-edit it in 3D
-activate the frame tool
-start drawing frame from any edge to another

or

use a complex profile wall and draw the elevation in it
