I don’t work too much witch AC and i got lost in the Perspective. I can see anything anymore ,zoom all doesn’t bring me back. what can i do to get back into my model?

Great handle. It's like we made a movie about some bad Dutch weed that gave people weird Zombified behaviour [already almost true anyways]. "Night of the Amsterdamned."
1: Make sure that you do not have a Cutting Plane active that hides your model.
2: Try selecting everything in plan, then Zoom "Fit in Window".
3: Use the camera tool [toolbar - camera icon] to aim at your subject. Place a camera in the plan view.

No. I cry, because I reviewed the Archicad Help files and dang if'n it isn't difficult to find that out!
Here's the Standard Toolbox - the camera is at the bottom.
But maybe you don't have a camera in YOUR toolbox because it isn't set up.
