mark-up tools TO CHANGE highlight elements COLOR, how?

Hi,
I know not too many people use this tool, yet I do use it a lot & like it. Would like to know if the highlight elements COLOR can be customized or not?

And if not what are the default color pen numbers, so I can at least change them to accomplish some level of functionality?
