But how do I get a mesh to have a uniform thickness of say 100mm or what ever.. instead of the bottom having a set height and it gets thicker the higher the mesh goes..
for say an uneven driveway/path etc...
thank you

I know its been asked and answered before, but I couldn’t find any of the threads..

Duplicate it and drop the copy down by 100mm.
Now do a Solid Element Operation subtracting the copy away from the original.
Hide the copy in an unseen layer.

The other option is to use the Mesh To Roof Goodie to achieve this effect.
Click the Goodies link in the Help menu to go to the download web page for the Goodie.
Find it under General Contruction, Basic Shapes
