navigator Palette

My navigator Palette keep disappearing from my screen as soon as i click on the screen with my pointer or try to do a command.It Was working fine before maybe i hit a bottom or something ??????????

You hit the bottom
There is a pushpin icon in one of the upper corners of the navigator. If you push it you'll pin it to the screen and it won't disappear.

Not necessarily in the upper corners. Just right click on any blank space on the Navigator and access the context menu.

Same thing for the Organizer.
