projection of cursor

In plan when editing fills slabs roofs I use to be able to align a node 3 ways when moving it. Those 3 options appear in my control box but I am not allowed to use them. I recently moved from ArchiCAD 14 to 16. Am I missing something?

Using the keyboard shortcut still works for me.
