question about truss maker

i would like to create a little more complex 3d structure of a truss. does archicad give me the posibility to use truss maker or, i must use gdl???

If you need more detail than TrussMaker gives you - you will need to make the truss Object manually. You can accomplish this without much GDL - using Slabs, Walls, Columns, etc. to build the truss and then save as a GDL Object.
