reader for .GP4 files

I had a query regarding opening .GP4 type file ( which are apparently an older style archive format.) in another thread.

I thought would post here the solution

download XNview, freeware for a variety of platforms

http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pierre.g/xnview/endownload.html

To run on OSX you need the apple freeware X11 to run the GUI of the unix based program.
