is it possible to draw multiple renovation alternatives in the same file?

You may need to clarify your question a little more.

You can do it just using layer combos so yes you can show renovation options in the same file. If your asking if this can be done using the new Renovation tool you may not be able to do what I think your asking about.

thanks for the reply.i was asking if it can be done using renovation tool like to create two or more different 'new construction' and so 'planned status' filters.

another question; is there any way to create holes or any substractions in slabs or meshes and show them as 'to be demolished'
Yes. You can make as many Renovation filters as you like and use any of them in the same file. Open Renovation Options and click Duplicate. You can also access Renovation Filter Styles from this menu.

The Renovatoin Options menu is a little hard to see unless you know where to look.

Yes you can assign a slab or mesh with holes to a filter, or you can fill the hole back in and assign that part of it to a filter.
