screened text or font color

Is there a way to create a screened color that can then be applied to text/font?

I used to do this in another CAD program and just imported a CAD file where some of the text is screened and the client has asked me to "ghost" or screen some of the text as in the original DWG file.

In my custom pen sets I have assigned some pens that I use for items I want screened. Within archicad they are grayscale in color.

My printer has a profile for me that screens anything using these pens.
