setting the north south orientation

I just encountered a file where the coordinates seem to be rotated. For example, when I draw a straight vertical line, the information in the tracker tells me it is North 21 degrees and 31 minutes east. Ideally, I would like for north to be straight up. Is there a quick way to reset this? Thanks!!

Project North is set in the Sun Settings dialog. The fastest way to get their is to right-click a 3D view in Navigator.
