stair rise and run symbol

is there a way to move the symbol around so it isn't over a wall where it cannot be read?

If you are referring to the rise and run text for the Stair Straight Wood, there are movable (diamond) hotspots at the beginning of each line of text.

i did not have these hotspots in the stairs i created.
they didnot show up if they were there. everywhere i clicked was just dragging the entire stair.
