Incomplete 2D Representation and Incorrect Placement of Handrail Fixings at Nodes

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an inconsistent 2D display and placement issue with the Railing tool. My handrail fixings are set to be distributed every 30 cm. Although they are generated correctly in 3D, they are not displayed properly on the 2D Floor Plan and are placed incorrectly at the nodes.

The current situation is as follows:

  • Below the break line (Visible part): Only the 1st fixing is visible on the plan. None of the subsequent ones are there.

  • Above the break line (Hidden part): Fixings are displayed inconsistently (some are visible, some are missing).

  • Landings: Fixings are completely missing in 2D.

  • At the Nodes: Fixings at the node points are generated in completely irrelevant/incorrect locations, such as inside the wall.

The possibilities I have checked and ruled out are:

  • Under Handrail Component Settings > 2D Representation, both Show Visible Fixing Lines and Show Hidden Fixing Lines are checked.

  • Both Fixing Horizontal Part Symbol and Fixing Vertical Part Symbol options are active.

  • Model View Options (MVO) for Stair and Railing symbols is set to "Full".

  • This is not a masking/fill issue (setting the handrail background fill to empty/transparent does not solve the problem).

Why can't the 2D floor plan symbol reflect this distribution correctly, and why do the fixings at the node points go into the wall? Is there a specific distribution/node logic causing this, or is this a known bug?

Thanks in advance.

Additionally, the fixings are not visible in sections either. Although they appear when selected, they are invisible in the actual drawing.s006.JPGs007.JPG
