I am trying to do this in Archicad. To create a circle (the big one in the picture) from the tangent from another circle (magenta) and a line. Then give a specific radius manually. Is this possible?

Drag this into Archicad:

Its parametric.

Thanks and interesting! But not sure how to use this in this case. Not sure how to place the circle component so that it is tangent to the curve and the mid line

What should Your picture show us? a street? Or a wall with middle-baseline?
If it should be a street - why 2 curves rather than one?
My object allows You to find connection-lines between 2 Circles on their tangents - outside and in X-form inside.
In Your case - the X - connection should work.
The center of Your circles always are on the perpenticular lines to your Axes...

It is a street. Here is the different steps of how to create it in AutoCad
I think it has to have two curves because the streets are not parallell.
It is explained in the second part here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhfC2OcbNno&ab_channel=MarkSadler
Hope this helps
