On tr.graphisoftus.com, there is a library update date 1/23/07. However, when you click on download, the zipfile is from10/26/2006.

Can the person responsible for the new library file correct the download.

You mean that one that says:
" ArchiCAD 10 Library Update Mac {44.4MB} / Win {30.4MB} from Oct 2006 "

I would bet they fixed something minor. It's only a revision date. It does not say there is a new library
