trim slab to roof?

Not able to trim a floor slab to a roof without it trimming the slab vertically like a plumb cut? Does anyone know of a solution for this, and is this resolved in AC 11?

As far as I know it has always trimmed that way. Use SEO, instead.

Despite my weirdness, I think I'd rather trim the roof to the slab. Thus, the slab could be 1 mm thick and the plumb therefore rater small.

While in the ideal user interface either might work, neither can be built, so my vote goes for my own proposal, in which The Parameter makes more sense (to me at least).

I like your design concept already! Perhaps Frank Lloyd would have loved it, too: the ethereal eavesline.

Put the other object on a hidden layer.

Good idea. I'll do that 🙂
