wall properties change between archicad and plotmaker

I made changes to an existing plan and when I republished it to plotmaker it changed the properties of the wall. the wall is no longer solid fill. It is empty. I have tried all I know to do and it isn't changing. Can ya'll help me?

have you opened up the plans (in ac) from the saved views in navigator and checked that the display options are correct - and redefine if necessary?

also check that display options > fills is set correctly in plotmaker

the fills were not there in the navigator so i changed it
