Cannot Sign up to Launch Event

I am not sure if it's just me but I cannot sign up for the launch event. When I select Country as 'United Kingdom' and the 'State' popes up, the drop-down is blank and won't let me proceed.

Hello Lee, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll fix it asap - validated the bug and indeed, UK requires a state as a mandatory answer.
