After creating a parametric Ceiling Editor almost a decade ago, I took the same principles and made a similar Raised Flooring system. This Raised Flooring Editor Archicad GDL object consists of two main parts: panels and pedestals. This library part could be useful mainly when modelling offices and public buildings, for easy and fast planning and modifying of the Raised Flooring panel distribution.
The solution can be used as an independent object, distributed manually, or with the help of the Archicad Interior Wizard Add-On which distributes the panels automatically among the surface of a Room Zone. You may also choose the User defined polygon method, this way you can manually edit the contour of the polygon (Editing: Edit polygon contour), or even add new contour points (Editing: New editing mid-points).
