Since a while I am trying to generate ArchiCAD meshes using Grasshopper. However, I am unable to generate meshes with a cutout. Am I missing a step or is this a shortcoming of the Mesh component?
As a test I deconstructed a fill with a hole in it, and used the polygon to generate the mesh:

When generating floor slabs, the input is polygon (not boundary) allowing a hole:
