Param-o User Manual for window creation

PH Architecture

Where is the user manual for Param-o.  The one that actually explains how to use this software.  I am trying to create a window using this application which is adjustable in size where the frame sizes remain the same.  It is really 3 sheets of glass with an extruded profile around the edge.  Should be a simple task but seems to be impossible in Param-o.

Doest the customer support department for graphisoft actually exist in the United States. They never answer their phone

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based

Hello, if I remember well with Param-O you can just build object no, windows, doors or skylights.....surely you can't manage 2D symbol differently from 3D projection, that is crucial for windows.......honestly I had great expectations when it was released, but with the passing of time it, sadly, became the typical born-death GS project, without any updates that fix the shortcomings of the initial release🤐

Thank you for your reply but you did not answer any of the questions I posed here.

1. Where is the manual for Param-o

2. Does anyone have an example window made using Param-o

3. Does tech support existing for Graphisoft in North America or are we just wasting your $1000 a year.

Here is more detail of the problem I am trying to solve.

Here is what I have so far. Note that the frame is on 2 sides not four.  Note that if you change the dimensions the frames to not stay on the with the edge of the window

See here how the edges are out of alignment when you change the size of the window.

Here are 3 examples of the window.  The one on the left is a Revit Import from the manufacture.  One cannot change the size of the window so it is useless for the project.
The middle one is the Param-o object. Note how the window is not aligned with the wall hole..  Note how the frame is not contiguous.  The third shows a GDL object. This looks great as the window but note how the frame with is related to the window width.  This is not how windows are built so this is useless as well.

I did end up getting Frank Hewitt to answer my request from Graphisoft here is what he sent.

Here's that PARAM-O guide I mentioned, there's also a video on the SSA member site. I just noticed this Graphisoft Learn course for the first time as well.

If needed, you could schedule some 1on1 time with one of our Customer Engagement Specialists. Their schedule and some other useful links are on the attached PDF.

I hope all this helps!
