Attributes management across multiple files

Hi All,

Im trying to set up a common attributes file to manage multiple teamwork files. I have been using the graphisoft tutorial:

I cant seem to get the override of attributes from a pln to work. I can get the file to import attributes and create new ones, but as soon as we start modifying things, then we start getting problems. (duplicate names etc).

Does anyone have a good tutorial for this? Or some tips?
