Bim Server - RECEIVE ERROR

Someone PLEASE HELP!

I am working on a Bim Server and have worked all day and When I tried to send and Receive, I am  getting the following error message.  I need a copy file from the work I did today. If Possible.
I am in a heap of trouble if I cant get this info:

Operating system used: Windows 23H2

Do as it says and Reload from Saved Recovery File. You can then save it as a PLN, then copy and changes back to a fresh copy of the TW file.
