Column Main Construction Type

I want to add something new in COLUMN TYPE IN MAIN CONSTRUCTION but I can't. I only see some already option.

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based

You need to edit the values available for that Property.

Go to Options > Property Manager. 
Find the Column Type property (as in your image). There in the value definition, you will have an Option Set. 

Go to Options Setup and add the options you want added. 
Click OK and that should be it.
