Component values use for further calculations in Classification & Properties.

Any idea how to use such component values for the further calculations in Classification & Properties?

I am facing several problems while completing my BOQ documents via Archicad.

These components are building materials, 

They can be scheduled in the components schedule, 

In the BM editor, give a classification for each BM, 

In the schedule, sort your BM using that classification,  and add quantities parameters, area, volume, BM name etc ...
