Hello,
Context:
We are currently using BIMcloud Basic on premise, which is configured to work with Archicad 25.
We have around 100 projects (50mb - 500mb per project) on the server at this point. Some 10gb in libraries.
We have purchased subscriptions for BIMcloud SaaS (which works simultaneously with several versions of Archicad).
Problem 1
Migrate files and libraries from A25 to A28.
Problem 2
Move the information from the local server to BIMcloud SaaS.
My thought process looks like this:
Does anyone have experience with moving projects and libraries from BIMcloud Basic (Archicad 25) to BIMcloud SaaS (Archicad 28)?
Is there a better way than doing them manually one at a time?
Thanks,
Alex

Migrating 100 projects to 28 and have them use the 28 global libraries will be a big task.
There is no automatic migration from older libraries to 28 global libraries, it will be a manual process.
You would have to do that one project at a time.
But you can simply open the file in 28 and keep using the 25 libraries, in other words just keep it as it is.
Or swap to the 28 monolith library (which is in fact the 27 library), these should migrate just fine.
As for moving files from BIMcloud basic to SaaS, I can't say if there is an easy way, as I don't use BIMcloud.
Barry.
