Barry wrote:Hi Barry, I am drawing in 2D, where do I find that? I am using an Italian version of Archicad 17: is it in Options/Element Attribute/Composite Structures? I don't seem to be able to change those. could yo kindly tell me where I find it?
In your composite settings set your fill orientation for the insulation skin as "fit to skin".
Barry.
thanks a lot.

I assumed you were using a complex profile wall.
I think you found the setting I was talking about.
You can't fit a fill if you are just drawing a fill polygon in 2D.

It is a bit of trial and error as to how far you need to stretch it.
You can also move the origin of the handles to start the fill pattern where you want.

You set the fill orientation in the Building Material dialogue.
