Hidden layer still impacting walls

I am trying to layout new walls over wall layers that I have hidden and the new walls show breaks where the hidden wall layers are.

Is there a way to override this conflict?

See attached. I think the column is known as 'intersection priority.'
AC27 v. 4060 w/ MEP, Cadimage, Twinmotion 2023.2.2 using AC from AC6.0, 2021 MacPro M1 chip, Adobe CC. Used AC on both platforms.

Go to Layer Settings and make sure the number in the lower left corner of the dialog box is different than the wall layer that is conflicting with the hidden layer. My normal walls have a number "1". So I set the hidden layer as a "2". Sorry I don't know the technical name for this number, but it is located in the lowest left box.

there is an add-on in the goodies folder that will automatically generate intersection priority numbers based on the current visibility of layers. Tools>Add-On Manager...> then load the 'Intersection in Combos' add-on from your 'Goodies' folder . . .

Ben what a great unknown feature, but does it automatically configure the layer intersections when the PLN is opened?

no - but once it's run for each layer combination just remember to press the 'update' button. remember that intersection numbers are saved with the layer combination and can differ in each: a '1' in a 'demo' combination can, for example, be a '0' in the proposed plan combination: means your demo walls don't interfere with the new plans once you've virtually flattened them!
