You can download the previous versions from your "My Archicad"
Painful to install them all though, or contact your re seller, they may be able to help.

But even then, I don't think it is worth the effort.
All the elements created with Tools introduced in AC13 or later (new Roofs, Shells, Morphs) will be gone. Also, all GDL objects will be gone, only dots will be everywhere in the Project.
You might be better off trying to export to IFC and see how much of that you can bring into AC12.

MyArchicad is quite useless as it only shows you the last one or two versions unless you happen to have downloaded the older versions in previous years and then you will still see those as well.
On the Graphisoft website you can download all the add-ons and hotfixes for all the old versions but I can't see a link to the old versions themselves.

Why not make the older versions of the program easily downloadable?
I guess your best bet will be to contact your local distributor.
Barry.
