I found a bug in new ArchiCAD and it's easy to replicate.
If you open new project in AC 28 and you'll go to Attribute Manager, then to Layers, then you'll import a AC27 file (I imported my old template), and you'll delete all current layers, combinations and folders from AC28 and import layers, combinations and folder from imported file, than it's not possible to "set" a combination from quick pallet. Once you'll choose desired combination it turns on, so it works somehow, but you'll always see layer combination set to "Custom".
Please, Graphisoft, fix it. It's frustrating.
