Layers keep hidding

There are layers that I specifically put unhidden and when I move floors it keeps hiding. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Read up a bit on project map v.s. view map and layer combinations.

It sounds like you are switching to a saved view with layer settings. If you work from project map, there are no settings linked and they will stay the same when you switch from floor plan to section etc.
